RELX Now is a sleek and modern ecommerce platform offering premium vaping devices and accessories. We were tasked with enhancing the store’s structure and customer experience to support high-volume traffic and conversion-driven design for a competitive product niche.
Task
The primary challenge was to design a visually clean yet persuasive shopping experience in a highly regulated product category. We had to ensure the interface was intuitive, mobile-optimized, and aligned with age-gating and legal compliance standards.
